RW Expert Consulting was born naturally from more than 25 years of experience leading, mentoring, and serving individuals and teams across both small and large organizations. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of helping people grow, navigate challenges, and step into roles where they can truly thrive.

At my core, I’m deeply passionate about encouraging, teaching, and developing others. There’s nothing more rewarding to me than seeing individuals gain clarity, confidence, and momentum—both personally and professionally.

In January 2026, I took an exciting next step by becoming certified in the Predictive Index and partnering with the incredible team at Real Good Ventures. This allows me to bring even greater insight, strategy, and data-driven perspective to the leaders and organizations I serve.

My mission is simple: to equip leaders with the understanding and tools they need to communicate intentionally, hire and develop their people effectively, and place the right individuals in the right roles.
